As Human Resources Director, I have been supporting growing SMEs and startups in the digital sector (software publishers, web hosts, recruitment firms, etc.) for nearly 20 years.
As a generalist and hands-on professional, I have focused my career on HR development, change management, managerial support and establishing corporate cultures that promote freedom, initiative and transparency. I am convinced that the business world must become an environment where everyone can find both professional and personal fulfilment.
I joined Contexte in March 2023 to take on the role of Chief People Officer and support the team in becoming a dynamic, empowering organisation.
