He succeeds Édouard Andrieu who, after seven years of leading the product team, has decided to move into an advisory role while remaining involved in the company’s strategic direction.

A graduate of Centrale Paris, Picard has worked as an innovation consultant and in various environments, from start-ups to cultural platforms. He joined Contexte in early 2023 as Chief Technology Officer, and in his new role, will oversee both products and technology. With this latest designation, Contexte aims to strengthen the impact of its products by unifying the entire development cycle, from discovery to delivery.

Leading a team of 16, Picard will be responsible for further advancing Contexte’s vision of a hybrid media outlet – where journalistic content is combined with automated monitoring tools – consolidating its efficient and empowering operational framework, and building on the momentum in innovation that has been gained in recent years.
